Five ways to stay and feel younger without chemicals and surgery

No 1. Drink herbal teas occasionally.
No2. Forgive others and just stop thinking about how angry they make you feel. 'Let it go'.
No3. Find what relaxes you and do it for yourself; run, do yoga, paint, read or whatever.
No 4. Eat mostly foods from the earth.
No 5. Keep in touch with friends and family.
